Writers have a blank page. I have this –
a couple characters and prop. Just . . . looking at me.
I’ve been spoiled by the easy access to great paintings, which formed the backdrop of Rosie’s adventures. Almost any great artist you can think of has the bulk of their work in the public domain.
These last two weeks I’ve been working on finishing up the first episode of In the Pictures – where the two sisters discover that one does not simply put a movie away, because it has a way of coming back.
As I move all of my episodes onto the web, I’m finding that shots that seemed perfectly acceptable in a blog post just don’t look right when I format them into an episode.
I love the look of the Dollzone Gill doll. Unlike most of the 1/4th dolls, Gill is solidly a kid,
I never thought I’d find myself downloading the 1968 version of Night of the Living Dead as part of my doll adventure, but that’s what happened this week.
